I've kept everything that was original. I didn't keep the original carpet cause it was deteriorating. It does not have the original engine. It has a 351W that was rebuilt but than water got to it and it locked up again. The floor panels are rusted and would need replaced, there is a small trunk rust hole, nothing major. The rear tail light panel would need replaced also. The worst rust is in the windshield cowl on the passanger side. It isn't horrible but it'd need fabrication to fix since you can't buy a repro cowl for 71-73 Mustangs. The other rust spots on the unibody are all top rust. I aquired an original RAM Air Hood, hood inserts, and paintable hood trim as well as an original Mach 1 trunk and spoiler for the car already. I sanded down and priemered the top of the hood and the top rust on the trunk as well. They are in great condition! The car is complete except for the engine, it only came with the block, heads, water pump, fuel pump, and Edelbrock manifold. I have taken the car apart and stored everything inside my house in a safe spot as to keep it out of the weather and away from possible vandalism/thievery. The car itself was kept in a garage during the winter. It's been tarped and car covered during spring/summer. I do NOT have the trunk/hood that came with the car. As I mentioned above I got original ones off of a Mach 1 since the ones that came with this car were beyond repair. This car would make a great street demon, drag car, or cruiser. It could be a show car but never all original matching numbers. Car comes with a new rear view mirror (black), new sun visors (black), and a humphugger. It also has 2 front spoilers, 1 OEM 1 Repro. Also included are the shark fin rims. I do not have the originals. Also comes with an OEM front chrome bumper that I got off of a 71 Mach 1. Serious inquires only please.
