FOR SALE ORIGINAL 1995 MUSTANG COBRA COUPE A beautiful, all original -in and out , 1995 Cobra coupe survivor. White exterior (ZR code ), Saddle leather interior one of 442 Cobras built with this combo. You can choose to drive this car home, choose to fly in and drive back instead of having shipped. Motor runs like it is just broken in. ! This one is serviced every 3000 miles. Clutch is excellent. Brakes are good. Rear tires are 315 35 ZR 17(the largest you can fit in the wheel well), fronts are 275 40 ZR17 mounted on beautiful custom wheels, the factory17X8 polished wheels with inserts also come with the car. A/C is cold, heater hot. Even in 100+ degree weather, car does not overheat. No check engine light or warnings/codes present. Everything works as it should, including the 4 way power seat (which doesn't work on most!!), power windows, and locks. How often do you see a really clean, unmodified 95 Cobra such as this?? Most 5.0 Cobras have since been raced, beaten, modified, and wrecked. This car has completely original paint with not one panel replacement or blend job anywhere. There are few dings, no unsightly dents. Every body panel lines up perfect and retains its original VIN sticker. This car was built on 1/17/95 and is #978 of 4005 Cobras coupes built that year by SVT. This car is also one of the 442 built in White with Saddle leather and even less made with Mach 460 sound system and CD player. This is the last year of the GT40 equipped 5.0 engine. SVT under rated these engines..they were rated at 240 HP, yet they put down around 270 at the rear wheels bone stock (and this is a light car, so it is quick)!! There are 162 differences between a 95 GT and Cobra. Most notable were GT40 heads with larger valves, larger throttle body, larger 24Lb injectors with larger 70mm mass air meter, larger 155 LPH fuel pump, better flowing upper and lower intake manifold, factory stainless headers, underdrive pullies, stronger transmission and clutch with a 2.95 first gear and phosphate coated gears, posi traction, 160 MPH speedometer cluster with white gauge faces, larger front and rear brakes (13.65" front rotor diameter, 11.65" rear) with duel piston Cobra lettered calipers, different front bumper, clear headlights and round fog lights, different trunk lid and wing with LED brake light, revised suspension, more padding in front seats, different side and decklid emblems, leather shift boot and parking brake handle, etc...The list goes on. ...a real 94 or 95 Cobra coupe will have P42D in the VIN #...if the D isn't after the P42, it is not a real Cobra!! The original owner’s manuals and case are in the glove box. Original SVT certificate neatly preserved in its original envelope. The only modifications are: tinted windows, performance mufflers and tips, smoke head lamp covers, Viper alarm with starter kill and 3.73 gears (stock 95 Cobras were 3.08) . Nothing leaks, an occasional drip can be seen on the rear end, all trim, paint, and weather-strips are not faded like most. Leather and interior look like a 30K mile car and is soft and supple. The only signs of ware are driver’s seat. Seats have been religiously treated with conditioner and don't look terrible like most 95's you will see. Car has Ford Cobra floor mats; some ware shows on drivers side mat, original carpet is clean with no fading, wear spots, or stains. The leather covered steering wheel shows some ware but is not unsightly. Original Mach 460 stereo with cassette and CD player still thumps its 460 watts thru its 8 speakers and subwoofers with factory box with no distortion, suspension is original also. How often do you see a 15 year old Cobra like this with factory springs still?? Even original factory markings, over spray, and stickers are visible underneath!! Clear Ar. title free of liens !!, Viper security system with 2 remotes as well as 2 original remotes. Car also has a full size spare in the trunk with original hardware. This car has only driven in decent weather, no snow, or any foul weather drives, You just can't clean up a ratty car to look this good...they are only original and unrestored once. This car has only been treated with Motorcraft synthetic blend oil since new and drives and rides beautifully. This is NOT a must sell, but a like to sell. I just have too many cars in my collection!! No one that sees it believes it is a 95 as it still looks and drives like new!! This is a beautiful car and very well balanced great looks, safety, economy, handling, comfort, and performance!! You can drive this car anywhere with no issues and 20+ MPG on the freeway. The price is fixed on this car so you don't have to waste your time negotiating. Outright price for this car is $8,800.00. No taxes collected by me or any document fees. Deposit of $500 must be made upon agreement to purchase and to hold, remaining balance due prior to release of car and title within 15 days.
